By participating in our programs, You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, including our conflict resolution process. We maintain a standard of respectful, trauma-informed, inclusive engagement. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases, including program enrollments, intensives, and memberships, are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If an applicant is not accepted into a program after submitting payment, the full amount will be refunded within 3 business days. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services at our discretion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access at any time, without notice, if You violate these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount You paid for the Service or $100 USD, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to You.
