Women in BigLaw who are serious about growing their business and influence—with integrity and on their terms. You’re not here for surface-level tips. You’re ready for strategic, emotionally intelligent support that cuts through the noise.
-
No generic curriculum. No performative speakers. This is live, interactive support led by someone who knows the mind of the woman lawyer and has built a business around supporting you. You’ll get direct access to Rachel, exclusive introductions to leaders who give you “shortcut knowledge”, and a carefully selected group of women who understand the stakes.
-
Rachel’s live teachings cover topics like:
Reclaiming Your Power After Harm
The Art of Saying No to Say Yes
Rewire for Risk: The Neuroscience of Bold Moves
How to Build the Network That Builds You
Choosing to Be an Emotionally Mature Leader
-
You’ll attend two 90-minute group sessions per month, plus three 1:1s over the six-month container. You’ll also have access to live intensives and faculty sessions—but how much you engage beyond the core is up to you.
This isn’t a course. It’s a high-impact experience. What you put in will shape what you take away.
-
Women’s Bar Associations are wonderful platforms for professional development and networking; but our groups are a different animal altogether. Our aim is to create a safe, confidential space among similarly situated women from outside your immediate circle (if not from outside your community completely), so that you can speak freely and get the advice you most need but are hesitant to seek elsewhere.
Social proximity hinders transparency.
-
Let us speak directly into the microphone: HECK, YES.
Women of all backgrounds and identities, including trans women, are warmly welcome and will be 100% included.
Please see our About page, where our unique Community Guidelines address systemic challenges, trauma, and include a robust conflict resolution section.
-
To participate in one of our groups, fill out our “Sign Up” or “Join Us” form, linked from either of these buttons on our home page. You will be prompted to set up a time to meet, so we can get to know you, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that the program is a good fit for you.
-
All group sessions are facilitated by Rachel Clar or an experienced Interconnected Us partner who has been trained in our unique style of emotionally intelligent leadership and business development support.
-
We understand life happens. If you miss a session, you’re encouraged to debrief privately with Rachel or post a reflection in the group chat to stay connected and accountable. That said, consistent presence is part of what makes this container work. Show up for yourself—and your group.
How does it work?
What’s the structure and what should I expect?
-
Nope. The structure is supportive, spacious, and well-facilitated. You’re never pressured to overshare, and your time is respected.
-
This is a professional growth space. While personal context matters, the group stays focused—and deeper dives happen in coaching or private follow-up.
-
Only if and when you choose. That said, many participants find the experience surprisingly freeing—and often transformative.
-
You might not. But difference creates value. Sometimes the person you’d never choose to be friends with gives you the insight you most needed to hear.
-
If you’re an ambitious woman in BigLaw, ready to grow your power, influence, and book of business—not just for yourself, but to lift up others, Interconnected Us was built for you.
You’re done with outdated business development training and tired of being excluded from the informal mentorship, sponsorship, and networking circles that men so easily access in an industry where leadership looks the same.
Here, you’ll connect with high-caliber peers, receive real-time support, and build the confidence and authority to lead on your own terms.
-
That’s up to you—but most members walk away with:
Clear business development strategy
Stronger boundaries and confidence
High-value connections and visibility
A deeper sense of power, agency, and alignment
-
Yes. There’s a 30-day risk-free period.
If you pay in full and choose to leave within 30 days of your first group session, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you’re on a monthly plan, you can exit within 30 days and owe nothing further.
-
You’re tired of playing by someone else’s rules. You’ve done the internal work, and now you want external traction. You’re craving real strategy, deeper support, and bold, aligned growth.
-
Show up consistently. Be real. Respect others. You’re expected to engage with courage and kindness, and to use this space to refine your leadership and grow your business with intention.
-
Between sessions, you’ll have access to our WhatsApp thread to celebrate wins, share asks, and socialize with the other members.
-
This is not a course. Not a therapy group. Not a "lean in" lecture.
It's a strategy-rich, emotionally intelligent leadership experience for women who are ready to move.
