Camp Clarity FAQ’s

(Frequently Asked Questions)

Who Camp Clarity Is For

  • Camp Clarity is built for ambitious, emotionally intelligent women lawyers—whether in BigLaw and/or with big goals—who are circling a bold move and want clarity, momentum, and a smart, brave community to build it with.

You’ll fit right in if you’re:

    • Craving strategic support

    • Burned out on polish and perfectionism

    • Ready to take action

    • Open to real conversations

I orient my teachings around this truth: we only control ourselves.

From there, we are empowered to take action.

  • This experience won’t be a good fit if you:

    • Want surface-level tactics without any mindset work

    • Resist feedback or emotional honesty

    • Aren’t open to others’ stories, truths, or styles

  • Camp Clarity is built for women in BigLaw and/or for those women lawyers with big goals.

If that’s you—you’re in the right place and are welcome to join.

Magic happens when powerful women (of different personalities, skill sets and yes, workplaces) cross-pollinate, and we’re here to facilitate it.

In this space, you’ll come with a doctorate in persuasion and a dream that lights you on fire; you’ll leave with clarity, forward momentum, and a smile on your face.

Curriculum & Outcomes

  • Week 1: Shift Procrastination into Action

You know you’re capable of playing at a higher level—but for some reason, your next move stays on the backburner. In this session, we’ll unpack why high-achieving women lawyers often stay stuck in cycles of overthinking and avoidance, and what it really takes to move. You’ll learn how to reframe procrastination as a clue—not a flaw.

Week 2: Align Your Moves with Your Values

You’ve checked the boxes. Built the resume. Done what was expected. But something feels off. In this session, you’ll identify what drives you—so you are better equipped to build a strategic plan that reflects it. Whether you’re pitching a client, writing a book, or exploring a new path entirely, this week helps you stop performing and start moving with clarity and toward better alignment.

    Week 3: Set Better Boundaries

Saying yes when you mean no? Running on empty but still over-delivering? In this session, we’ll explore how to set boundaries that aren’t about shutting people out—but about bringing yourself back in. You’ll learn a practical framework and mindset shifts to build your confidence in your ability to protect your time and energy—without guilt or apology.

Week 4: Building Habits That Strengthen

Your goals matter—but they keep getting bumped by fire drills. This week is about implementing your elevated boundaries.  In our final session, we’ll discuss how to create routines and surround yourself with people who support your goals. You’ll map out which simple, repeatable habits, and who you’d like around you, to support your shift into better alignment.

  • Camp Clarity is unlike anything else you’ve seen before. This is a container where you gain tools and support to bring your personal challenges to growth to light (whether or not you do so out loud). We don’t use buzzwords and we won’t preach to you to be “grittier” or more resilient; we’ll meet real talk with empathy and practical tools to implement your desired changes.

  • Absolutely not. At Camp Clarity, we believe that the size of your goal doesn’t determine its significance—your relationship to the goal does. Whether it’s launching a new initiative, setting a long-overdue boundary, or finally booking that personal training appointment you’ve been avoiding, what matters is that it stretches you in a meaningful way. Camp is about building the confidence to act on your priorities, no matter how big or small they might seem to anyone else.

  • No one is ever forced to speak or share. You’ll be invited to participate—but never required to do so. Many women feel seen just by listening, and hearing their private concerns validated and/or reflected in others’ shares.

Participation and Support

  • This work only moves when you do. That means:

    • Naming your barriers and asking for support

    • Showing up, even when it’s uncomfortable

    • Engaging with the process, not just watching from the sidelines

Camp Clarity is a unique, intentional space—but it’s not magic. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, say something. We’ll recalibrate together. Camp is here to meet you—but only if you show up for yourself first.

  • Yes. All campers are expected to read and abide by our Community Guidelines (our guidelines appear 40% down the page) before joining. These aren’t just policies—they’re how we protect the integrity of this space.

    That means:

    • Practicing confidentiality and curiosity

    • Welcoming difference and speaking with humility

    • Being mindful of trauma, power dynamics, and privilege

    • Approaching conflict with compassion, not blame

    • Following our conflict resolution process instead of venting, triangulating, or shutting down

Camp Clarity works when we each take radical responsibility for how we show up with and for one another.

If you’re not sure how to navigate a moment, ask. We’re here to support growth, not perfection.

  • Camp is built for connection—not just recognition.

We don’t want you to leave saying, “I saw that woman on a Zoom.”

We want you saying, “We became friends at Camp.”

Here’s how we make that happen:

→ Weekly live sessions include intimate breakouts where you’ll reflect, move through stuck points, and celebrate wins.

→ Evening “bonfires” are designed for real talk and real play.

→ Our private WhatsApp group gives you a space to ask questions, cheer each other on, and stay connected between sessions.

→ Big Girl Cabin members meet for an additional weekly circle with Rachel—a more intimate space for added depth and connection.

You’ll leave Camp with insights, yes.

But even more importantly? You’ll leave with allies.

  • Because Camp Clarity doesn’t attract average.

The kind of woman who says “hell yes” to Camp?

She’s wise, emotionally intelligent, playful—and yes, sexy as hell (obviously).

Think: shark on the outside, dolphin on the inside.

Camp is built so the right women self-select.

They’re brave enough to get real, generous enough to lift others up, and confident enough to take a chance.

The ones who need to control the vibe, resist growth, or can’t loosen their grip?

    They don’t stick around.

No gatekeeping necessary. We’re calling in the best of the best.
